We believe that the accommodation at the Village represents real value for money no matter what time of year you come. Of course the price of the rooms depends on the seasonal supply and demand, naturally the cost will be higher around holiday periods, particularly during the Christmas and New Year festivities, when demand is very high. Terms and Conditions
- All rates are for room per night double or single occupancy including breakfast
- All rates include all applicable taxes
- Extra bed for one child under 6 yrs old at no extra cost
- Extra bed in the same room for child aged 6 -12 will be charged at Rs 1000 per night inc breakfast and tax
- Extra beds for adults and children over 12 years old are not allowed.
- 50% advance is required to confirm a booking (peak season 100%)
- Peak season (Dec 15th- Jan 10th) 5 night minimum booking required
- We can accept Visa and MasterCard, but only at check out. Please note that there is a 2.5% surcharge on credit and debit cards
- We will also accept US$, GB£, and €uro at the prevailing rate locally. For approximate rates of exchange see xe.com Please not this is not the bank rate but a rate used to trade currencies.
Cancellation Policy
- Peak period bookings - No refund
- Up to month prior to check-in - Full refund
- Within one month of check-in - 50% of total booking will be charged
- Within 3 days of check-in or in the case of a no show - 100% of total booking will be charged .
